Ramadan is a month of mercy, blessings, and generosity, a time when we come together as a community to worship, reflect, and share our sustenance. One of the most rewarding deeds you can do this Ramadan is to provide Iftar for those who are fasting. At TARIC Islamic Centre, we invite you to take part in this beautiful act of giving by sponsoring an Iftar.

The Reward of Feeding Those Who Fast

The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Whoever gives Iftar to a fasting person will have a reward like theirs, without reducing the reward of the fasting person in the slightest.” (Tirmidhi)

By sponsoring an Iftar, you are not only providing a meal—you are offering relief to those in need, strengthening the bonds of our community, and gaining immense reward in the eyes of Allah ﷻ. Every meal you provide brings nourishment, happiness, and prayers of gratitude from those who benefit.

About TARIC’s Iftar Program

Every Ramadan, TARIC hosts Iftar for hundreds of fasting worshippers, including families, students, and individuals who may otherwise struggle to find a meal. Our Iftars offer nutritious and wholesome meals, allowing attendees to break their fast in a warm and welcoming environment.

Sponsorship Details

 Approximate cost per Iftar: $4,000
 Full or partial sponsorships available
 Covers dates, water, main meals, and refreshments
 Special dua will be made for sponsors and their families

Ways You Can Contribute

 Sponsor a full Iftar and receive the reward of feeding an entire gathering
 Join with family, friends, or colleagues to co-sponsor an Iftar
 Donate any amount towards the cost of meals and be part of this great cause
